FISH CAKES (makes 8-10) (WF DF GF SF EF)
6 Medium Potatoes
9oz cod fillet(of any white fish) chopped into small
pieces & flaked
1 Medium onion
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
1Tbsp of any herb of choice
Oil to fry
Boil potatoes until soft, peel and mash.
Wash fish, remove any bones and squeeze out excess
water.
Add onion, pepper, salt and herbs and mix well.
Heat oil in large frying pan until almost smoking.
